Terms of Service

Effective October 9, 2026

These terms govern your use of Infinit Space, provided by world of creator ltd, United States. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use it for an organization, you must have authority to accept them for that organization.

Your account

You must be at least 18 or the legal age to enter a contract where you live. Use an account you control, keep access credentials private and tell us promptly about unauthorized access. You are responsible for activities you authorize through your account, devices and access keys. Google sign-in is subject to Google's terms as well.

Your files remain yours

You retain ownership of your files. You give us permission to host, copy, transmit and process them only as needed to operate the service, follow your instructions and comply with law. You must have the rights to upload and share them. These terms do not give us ownership of your work.

Acceptable use

Do not use Infinit Space for unlawful content or activity, infringement, malware, unauthorized access, interference with other users, or attempts to bypass access controls or usage limits. Do not misrepresent your identity or resell access without an agreement. We may impose reasonable technical limits to protect the service and will explain material plan limits before you purchase.

Development preview, synchronization and backups

The current release is a development preview. Features may change, and errors, interruptions or data loss are possible. Keep an independent backup of important files. A file saved locally or shown as pending has not necessarily reached the cloud. Wait for transfer confirmation before relying on another device to have the latest content. Cached blocks are not a complete offline copy unless a feature explicitly says so.

Version history may help restore earlier changes, but is not a substitute for a backup. Removing a file may leave retained versions and storage blocks. Our Privacy Policy explains how to request deletion of retained data.

Fees and cancellation

Signing in does not authorize a payment. The current plan provides 1 TB (1,000,000,000,000 bytes) for USD 15 per month before applicable taxes. It renews monthly until cancelled through Billing. Initial access requires a confirmed payment; no free trial is included. If a renewal payment fails, existing paid subscribers have a three-day grace period starting from the failed renewal invoice. Cloud access is paused after that deadline until payment is confirmed. Payment retries do not restart the grace period. Cancellation preserves access through the already-paid period. Files are not automatically deleted when access is paused; your account and Billing remain available. Any refund or cancellation rights required by law remain available. Contact us if you have a billing question.

Availability and updates

We may update the app or service to fix defects, improve security or change features. We will provide notice of material changes where reasonably possible. No uptime or performance guarantee applies unless we agree to one separately. Network performance also depends on your connection, file format and third-party services.

Suspension and ending use

You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion by email. We may suspend access to prevent harm, comply with law or address a material breach of these terms. Where practical, we will explain the reason and give you an opportunity to resolve it and export your files. We may act immediately when necessary for security or legal obligations.

Liability and your legal rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the preview is provided as available, without additional warranties, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, or takes away mandatory consumer rights. Please contact us first about a dispute so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a waiver of class actions.

Changes to these terms

We will update the effective date and provide notice of material changes through the website, app or account email. Where required, we will seek your agreement. If you do not accept a change, stop using the service and contact us to arrange data export or account closure.
